This is the story of an encounter between three fifty-somethings who had little in common except a desire to transform innovative ideas into projects and turn them into reality.
Patrice discovered Francis in 2018 during a conference he hosted on appetite-based management.
Immediately taken with the approach, he suggested that she make this concept the focus of a day dedicated to recruitment.
This event, held in Deauville in 2019, exceeded all expectations: 2,000 candidates and 5,000 meetings in a single day!
Given the incredible results, they decided to make it available to a wider audience.
That is how they crossed paths with James, an expert in event planning who was also won over by this approach and decided to join them on this adventure.
Thus was born OVER SWEETCH
